The Oped news blog recently dropped a nice post about a phone call I had with Deborah Emin, owner of Sullivan Street Press and inventor of the Itinerant Book Show.
Debora and I had a great phone conversation a bit ago, comparing notes on how we find the state of indie publishing, what our goals and plans are etc. I think we found in each other a kindredness of spirit, and an equal dedication to spreading the indie pub gospel, and helping authors sell their books.
I am really hoping that some good things can come from our new-found friendship, and we have some big plans. I will certainly keep you posted as things develop.
Also, and I will be making an official announcement soon, but Deborah is set to join our team of freinds here at IndieBookMan – bringing us a new perspective on indie publishing.
So, stay tuned for much more to come from this new relationship!
