As we now know, the Harry Potter series revolutionized and revitalized the young adult book market. It proved that not only are young adults willing to snatch up huge volumes of books… but that adults are just as likely to get in on the action. Harry Potter blazed a trail that the Spiderwicks, Eragons, Lemony Snickets and I would argue even the Twighlights have benefited from greatly.

In the indie-publishing world, YA is hot too (see “Eragon”) and it’s one of the best selling categories of books. But who is writing YA books? Who is publishing them? Who is reading them? Who is succeeding at selling them? And most importantly, how can YOU succeed at breaking into this exciting market?

We are going to explore these questions and much more on the IndieBookMan Radio Show #9: Writing and Publishing for Young Adults.

We are bringing in a panel of YA writers and publishers and were gonna spend an hour picking their brains – what are they doing that is working, and what advice do they have for you?
